สอบถามเกี่ยวกับ AjaxControlToolKit

ผมได้อ่านและศึกษาข้อมูลการพัฒนาตามแนวทาง OOP จากหนังสือ และต้องการใช้งาน AjaxControlToolKit คู่กันไปด้วยแต่ติดปัญหาเรื่อง การใช้งานเมื่อ Add Tag ใน DerivedPage และทดสอบรันปรากฏ Error

Cannot unregister UpdatePanel with ID 'update' since it was not registered with the ScriptManager. This might occur if the UpdatePanel was removed from the control tree and later added again, which is not supported.

จึงขอรบกวนช่วยแนะนำวิธีใช้งาน AjaxControlToolKit กับ DerivedPage หรือตัวอย่างสั้นๆ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาต่อไป ขอคุณครับ
